Clinical psychiatric diagnosis is carried out mainly by means of questioning the patient, as well as the collection of objective data about the patient (questioning relatives, colleagues, friends), history and observation in the hospital.
Questioning or interrogation of the patient is the main part and informative diagnostic element. Many of the symptoms of diseases can be established only in direct communication with the patient. We also study the mental and physical disorders of childhood.
Together with psychiatric, neurological examination must be conducted to exclude the patient an organic lesion of brain cells. If such lesions still present, also studied the cerebrospinal fluid.
